It is an old olive oil mill right in the middle of the historical centre of Suvereto, in front of a thirteen century beauty, the Town Hall, not far from the fascinating Rocca Aldobrandesca. It has got two communicating entrances: the main one gives onto piazza dei Giudici, the other on via Garibaldi. From here you step into the Taverna, a room fitted out with shelves full of a wide range of local products we have carefully selected: tomato puree and peeled tomatoes, pasta, flour, salami, ham and cheese, oil and wine.

These are the ingredients that we use to prepare our courses and that you can buy after tasting them, to bring home some more inimitable tastes. When the weather is nice, moreover, the tables in piazza dei Giudici allow you to mix the pleasure of what you have in your dish and in your glass with the unforgettable atmosphere that the town can give you.
